TRAIN CAR MURAL
Perkasie’s Gateway Mural Project aims to transform a long-vacant, blighted parcel into an attractive, colorful, WELCOME, greeting visitors to Perkasie’s downtown commercial district. The project will beautify this important arrival gateway by creating a unique, custom designed MURAL on a long-abandoned SEPTA freight car, and by refreshing the appearance of the historic SEPTA Freight House on the same parcel.
The project is being completed with the help of a Bucks County Tourism Grant provided by Visit Bucks County and in conjunction with Perkasie Borough & Septa.
