Community Grants

Through strategic grant funding, the Perkasie Town Improvement Association works to strengthen our business community and enhance the character of our Borough. From business façade improvements and annual town ornaments to community event funding and the Train Car Mural, these projects help create a vibrant, welcoming downtown for residents and visitors alike.

Facade Grant

With grant funding secured through DCED, PTIA supported Perkasie Borough businesses with facade repair and improvement projects from 2018–2022. The program provided matching funds of up to $5,000, helping property and business owners enhance their storefronts and contribute to a more vibrant downtown.

Perkasie Holiday Ornament

Support from the Penn Community Bank Foundation has helped make the annual Perkasie Holiday Ornament a lasting tradition in our community. For many years, this grant funding has contributed toward the creation and production of the ornament, allowing PTIA to celebrate Perkasie Borough’s history and charm while generating pride and community spirit each holiday season.

Train Car Mural

PTIA secured grant funding to bring the Train Car Mural project to life, transforming a train car into a vibrant piece of public art. The project was funded in part through the Visit Bucks County Tourism Grant Program, with additional support from Perkasie Borough.
